The running shoe Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 offers a big improvement and that is the addition of PWRRUN HG cushioning in the top layer of the midsole.
This foam compound is very responsive, lightweight and helps provide an even more energetic experience underfoot. The PWRRUN HG layer sits within a PWRRUN PB cushioning backing which helps stabilize the softer foam and add durability.
Additionally, a carbon plate is integrated between the two layers of foam, working in conjunction with SPEEDROLL geometry to deliver silky smooth transitions.
In the outsole, lattice-designed rubber in the forefoot is combined with strategic rubber placements in the heel. This ensures a low overall shoe weight without losing the traction needed for fast turns.
This shoe is wrapped in a minimal but secure upper that is refined with small but noticeable upgrades. In particular, the integrated tongue not only provides a more streamlined fit, but also provides extreme comfort and incredible lock-in.
